Update – The unsubscribe link in the email body is now mandatory to send an email campaign.

Application – This change will ensure that agents do not miss out on the unsubscribe link – improving the customer experience and credibility of the agency.

Process: 

• Navigate to Engagement and choose Email Campaign
• Click on Create, click on the checkbox for the Add Unsubscribe Link to add the unsubscribe link in the email body, and send out the email successfully.

• You will notice this error message while attempting to send the email campaign without choosing to add the unsubscribe link.

Note – You may save the email in Draft without choosing the unsubscribe checkbox.
