We have introduced a new enhancement under the Account section, where two new fields — AMS Source and Legal Entity — have been added.This is a two-way sync, ensuring that updates made in either InsuredMine or Sagitta are automatically reflected in both systems, keeping data consistent and accurate.
Use Case: Suppose an agent creates a new account in InsuredMine and updates the AMS Source and Legal Entity fields. These updates are automatically synced with Sagitta. Likewise, if changes are made to these fields in Sagitta, the updates are reflected back in InsuredMine without any manual effort.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to Accounts
- Click on Add Account
An Add Account side panel appears on the right side.
Fill in the required details, including Legal Entities, and AMS Source as shown below.
Click on Save.
A success message:“Account is added successfully appears.”
As shown below, the added Legal Entity and AMS Source are visible, and the account is synced to Sagitta.
To view your Account information linked to Sagitta:
After Copying your sagitta code, a “Text Copied” pop-up will appear
Paste the Sagitta code and click on Search.
Once the account is synced to Sagitta, you can view other details of the client along with the Source and Legal Entity.
