A new enhancement has been introduced in the Policies and Reports modules with the addition of a new filter and table column option called Issuing Location. This enhancement allows users to filter, view, and analyze policy data based on issuing locations across the Policies section and the Book of Business report.
Use Case: Users can filter policies to view location-specific data, customize table views to include issuing locations, and generate more accurate reports in the Book of Business. It improves visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision-making by allowing teams to understand policy distribution across different locations.
Note: This feature is applicable only for Epic Agency.
To view the Enhancement in the Policies Filter section:
- Navigate to Policies.
- Click on Filter.
- A Filters Panel appears.
- As shown below, a new option Issuing locations, has been added.
- From the Issuing location dropdown, select the preferred location or select all to view policies details.
- Click on Apply.
- As shown below, policies are displayed based on the selected Issuing locations.
To view the enhancement in Policies, select Table Columns:
- Navigate to Policies.
- Click on Select Table Columns.
- A Select Table Columns Panel appears.
- As shown below, a new option, Issuing locations has been added.
- Check the box next to Issuing location.
- Click on Save.
- A success pop-up: ‘’Table Columns Saved Successfully’’ appears.
To View the Enhancement in Reports:
- Navigate to Reports.
- From the Reports dropdown, select Book of Business.
- Click on the Filter icon.
- A Filter panel appears.
- From the issuing locations filter, select the preferred location or select all
- Click on Apply.
To View the Result:
- Click on the policies count.
- As shown below, issuing location data is displayed along with other policy details.
