Overview
We have introduced a new enhancement in the Reputation module under Google Reviews that allows users to filter reviews based on a selected date range. Users can choose from available date options or use the Custom Range option to view reviews received within a specific period.
Use Case: This enhancement helps users quickly access and analyze Google Reviews from a specific timeframe. By filtering reviews based on date, users can review relevant feedback more efficiently without manually searching through all reviews.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to Reputation.
- Click on Google Reviews.
- As shown below, a Date Filter option has been added.
- Click on the Date Filter.
From the dropdown, select the preferred date range.
Note: You can also use the Custom Range option to select a specific date range based on your requirements.
To View the Result:
- Scroll down the page to view Google Reviews received within the selected date range.
