Logs added to Account 360

Overview

We have introduced a Log section in both Account360 and Contact360 that tracks changes made to account and contact records. Any updates, additions, or removals are recorded in the Log tab, providing users with visibility into record activity and change history.

Use Case: This enhancement helps users monitor and review account- and contact-related changes from a centralized location. By maintaining a record of updates in the Log tab, users can track modifications, verify changes, and maintain better visibility into record management activities.

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Accounts.
  • Select the preferred account to open Account360.
  • Click Edit.
  • Make the required changes and save the record.
  • Click the Log tab.
  • Any account-related additions, updates, or removals are displayed in the Log tab.

Note: To view the Log tab for Contacts, follow the same steps described above and open the desired Contact360 record. Any contact-related additions, updates, or removals are displayed in the Log tab.
