eSign delete restriction
Description: Admin can restrict the agents\’ access to the eSign delete option, allowing the agent to do so only if they have access to delete
Deleting/ Cancelling an existing policy
Navigate to Active Policies Click on a policy that you want to delete/cancel A notification for canceling the policy will appear in a pop-up box.
Add & Delete Contact
You can add or delete a contact from either – Accounts tab or Directory tab. Account 360 – Contacts can be added or deleted from specific accounts. Search
