Description: Admin can restrict the agents\’ access to the eSign delete option, allowing the agent to do so only if they have access to delete an eSignature document.
Benefit: Help the administrators manage deleting documents sent for eSignature within the eSignature module.
- Navigate to the Settings module. Click on the Restrictions section.
- Scroll down to the Agent Account restrictions.
- Scroll to the left to view the eSign Delete column.
- Toggle the button to the agent you want to restrict the delete option in the eSignature module.
