Add Files and Notes in Account 360

Overview

We have introduced an enhancement in Account360 that allows users to add and manage files and notes directly from the account record. Users can upload attachments, create folders to organize files, and add notes without leaving the Account360 view. 

Use Case: This enhancement helps users maintain account-related documents and notes in a centralized location. By allowing files and notes to be added directly from Account360, users can easily organize customer information, store supporting documents, track important account details, and improve collaboration while ensuring that relevant information is readily accessible from the account record.

Note: This feature is now available for AMS 360  & NowCerts users too.

 

To add files from Account 360:

  • Navigate to accounts

  • Click on an account name to view the account 360 section

  • Click the Files tab.

  • Click Add File .

  • An Add File panel appears on the right-hand side.
  • Select the attachment to upload.
  • Click Upload.

To add a new folder:

  • Click on New Folder.

  • A New Folder pop-up appears.
  • Add Folder Name .
  • Click Save.

To add notes from account 360:

  • Navigate to Accounts.

  • Click on an account name to view the Account 360 section

  • Click the Notes tab.

  • Click Add Note

  • An Add Note panel appears on the right-hand side.
  • Enter the required information.
  • Click Save.
