AMS Policy Sync Error in Timeline Card View

In the event of policy syncing issues with the Agency Management System (AMS), users can conveniently access the details within the ‘Timeline’ tab on the deal card. 

Use Case: This simplifies the process of identifying and resolving any encountered problems.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the pipelines module.
  • Click on any deal card to view its details.
  • Then, click on the timeline tab to view policy sync error details with AMSs.
