The communication tab has been added to Account 360. Here, all the communications performed via email and text message will be visible here.

Note: If the email and phone number are the same for account 360 and contact 360, then the same conversation will be displayed in both places. 

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to the account 360 section of any account

• Click on the communications tab

• Click on the email tab where you will find all the email conversations.

• Click on 3 dots to reply or forward.

• You can also click on send email button to send a new email to the customer.
