Create Tasks

You can add follow-up tasks by from the Dashboard widget – My Tasks List by clicking on the plus icon at the right side of the widget.

Plus icon will open up a form at the right side of the screen to allow you to add more information about the task including:

  • Task template
  • Task name
  • Task Type
  • Contact Name
  • Assignee
  • Priority
  • Task Description
  • Due Date
  • Add Attachment (if any)
Adding task in Task List widget is independent of any specific contact, prospect or deal. However, there are a couple of other places to add tasks that will show up in the same widget but they are dependent on contact or deals.

1. Add Task in Account > Contact > Task

2. Add Task in DealBoard > Deal Card

3. Add task from Contacts

In contacts, you can also add tasks by clicking on the 3 dots. This. this can be also done from the top bar quick add button.
