Global Add button looks like a plus sign that appears on the top right corner of any screen on the agent portal. Goal is to try and reduce the number of clicks or the need to navigate from one page to another to accomplish a task. When you click on this button, a drop down list of all the most common actions you can perform appear. These include Add a Contact, Add a Deal, Add a Task, Add an Activity (schedule a lunch, meeting, etc.), Send an Email, or send a Text Message. Having this button on every page helps agents perform all those above mentioned tasks effortlessly without having to navigate to a certain page. This is a latest addition to our arsenal of improvements to help agents improve their productivity.
