We have enhanced the Email Campaign section by introducing a “Group By” dropdown on the campaign page. This dropdown offers two options: “Clicked” and “URL.”
- When “Clicked” is selected, the view displays a breakdown of contacts who clicked on links, including their email addresses and the specific URLs they clicked and its count.
- When “URL” is selected, the view shows each clicked URL along with the number of clicks received by different contacts .
Clicking on any count opens a Recipient Details view, listing the contacts who clicked the selected URL. From there, clicking on a specific contact redirects you to the Contact 360 page, providing a comprehensive view of that contact’s details.
Use Case:
This feature allows agents to quickly analyze engagement patterns by either contact or URL, helping identify the most responsive contacts or the most effective links in a campaign.
To View the Enhancement:
- Click the “Group By” dropdown to choose between two options: “Clicked” and “URL”.

- Select the “Clicked” option to view contact email addresses, the URLs they clicked, and the corresponding click counts.

- Select the “URL” option to view each URL along with the total number of clicks it received.
- Clicking on a click count displays the list of contacts who clicked that particular URL.


- Clicking on any contact in the list will redirect you to their Contact 360 page, where detailed contact information is available.
