You can stop or restart any running campaigns from the email campaign section.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to engagements
Click on analytics
Click on the drop-down arrow icon beside the email campaign that you want to stop
Click on the pause icon that is provided
- Once the campaign is stopped, you will get a success notification
- Once the email campaign is stopped, the restart button will appear and you can click to restart the campaign.
