Description – The lead source is now displayed in the Book of Business and Personal Data Book.
Use case – Easier to track lead source under BoB and PDB
Process:
- Navigate to Reports and select the Book of Business tab.
- Click on Policies and the lead source will be listed.
- Navigate to Reports and select the Personal Data Book tab.
- Click on Contacts & lead source will be listed.
- The lead source column will be visible.
Note: The lead source you choose while updating the contact will be displayed under Reports.
