In Account360, the account logs section is added. So now if you edit or add anything to accounts the changes will be visible in the log section. 

• Select an Account
• Navigate to Account 360
• Click on Edit
• Any Account related changes, add or remove will reflect in log tab

Works the same functionality as in Contact 360 logs.
