The latest enhancement allows administrators to grant access to agents based on specific account types. This feature enables agents to create accounts tailored to their permissions. For instance, agents granted access to personal accounts can solely create personal accounts, while those with access to commercial accounts can exclusively create commercial accounts. As a result, whenever an agent creates a deal card, contact, or account, they will only see options corresponding to the specific account type they’ve been granted access to.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Configuration.
- Select Users.
- Choose Action.
- Click on Manage Account Types.
- Specify the account type to assign access.
Note: Granting an agent access to a particular account type restricts their ability to create only that specific type of account.
