Now you can sync the contact activities with HawkSoft. Although auto-sync is still available, if any activity did not sync, click on the sync icon to sync manually.

This manual sync will be available for files, notes, tasks, activities, and SMS.Â
Navigate to each section in Contact 360 and click on the sync button to sync the contact.

Navigate to Files, click on 3 dots and select Sync with HawkSoft
