Mapping of email and mobile to the account while adding a commercial deal for new business and new contact

Overview

We have introduced an enhancement in the Pipeline module that automatically maps the email address and mobile number to the associated account when users create a Commercial deal card with a new business and a new contact. This eliminates the need to manually update the account with the same information.

Use Case: This enhancement helps users save time and reduce duplicate data entry by automatically mapping the contact’s email address and mobile number to the associated account when creating a new commercial deal. It also improves data consistency across account records.

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to Pipeline
• Click Add Pipeline Card.
• The Add Pipeline Card panel appears on the right-hand side.
• Select deal type as Commercial

• Add a new business name and new contact name

• Insert the email id and mobile number.

• Fill in the other required details.

• Click to save.
