We have introduced a new Agency filter in the Carriers module. This filter allows users to refine Carrier Name data based on selected agencies. Users can efficiently analyze carrier-related information such as premium, commission, and other associated details.
Use Case: The Agency filter helps users narrow down Carrier Name data for specific range of commission. This reduces manual effort, saves time, and makes it easier to access relevant records, compare carrier performance, and analyze important data efficiently.Â
Note: This feature is available only for Epic Agency. Â
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to Carriers.
- Click on the Filter icon.
- The Filter panel appears on the right-hand side.
- A new Agency filter has been added.
To View the Result:
- As shown below, select the desired Agency, or use the Select All option to choose all Agencies.
- Click on Apply.
- Carrier Name results are displayed based on the selected Commission.Â
