Get Quotes button is available for every user/agent on their public profile. However, to make sure that the data captured via this button is sent directly to the Shared Pipeline, ask your InsuredMine admin to review the settings as mentioned in here.
Find Get Quotes button added in your Public Profile page on the left-hand side as shown in the image below:
