Overview
If you save a file in the Notes section of a deal card, the attached file is also available under the Files section of the same deal card. This functionality is applicable throughout the portal, including Accounts, Policies, and Contacts. In addition, notes with attachments are synced with the corresponding AMS.
Use Case: This enhancement helps users access attachments from a centralized location without searching through individual notes. When a file is attached to a note, it is automatically available in the Files section of the corresponding deal card, account, policy, or contact record. This improves document visibility, simplifies file management, and ensures that notes with attachments are synchronized with the associated AMS for better recordkeeping and accessibility.
