You can now set up workflow automation by CSR for email and tasks.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Engagement
Select a Workflow
Select a Stage – Email or Task
If the email is chosen, the workflow can be set from the CSR email
If the task option is chosen, you can select the assignee as the CSR
