We have enhanced the Work Email section by introducing a new “Track Your Failed Emails” feature. By clicking on this option, you can view a list of all emails that failed to send. Each failed email includes a three-dot menu on the right-hand side, offering two options: View Email and Resend.
- Selecting View Email allows you to see the detailed content of the email.
Choosing Resend will reattempt to send the failed email. .
Use Case:-
The “Track Your Failed Emails” feature allows users to easily identify, review, and resend undelivered emails to ensure effective communication.
To View the Enhancement:-
Navigate to the Work Email “Track Your Failed Emails” section to view a list of all emails that failed to send.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right side of any failed email to access two options: View Email and Resend.
- Selecting View Email allows you to view the full content of the failed email.
- Choosing Resend will reattempt sending the email, after which it will appear in the “Track Your Sent Emails” section and under the communication tab.
