A new enhancement has been introduced in the Pipeline module under Automation.
Users can now access email analytics – including open rates, click rates, bounces, and spam – directly in Sent Analytics under Automation. In addition, there is an option to download detailed reports for further analysis.
Use Case:– Monitor the effectiveness of email campaigns by tracking key metrics such as opens, clicks, bounces, and spam, and generate detailed reports for performance analysis and effectiveness of the Email Campaign.
To View the Enhancement:Â
- Go to the Pipeline module.
- Select Automation.
- Click on Sent Analytics to view email performance metrics.
Here, you can view the email analytics by clicking on Email.
There is an option to download a detailed report of the email analytics, which can be accessed by clicking on Download.
Note: These analytics are available exclusively for email activities. This new feature does not apply to other activities.
