Overview
We have introduced a new enhancement in the Pipeline module that allows users to configure how lost deal cards are handled based on the X-Date. Users can now automatically reopen a lost deal card before the X-Date and move it to a selected pipeline and stage. This helps agencies re-engage prospects at the appropriate time without manual follow-up.
Use Case: This enhancement helps agencies automate the follow-up process for lost opportunities. By configuring a future X-Date and selecting the target pipeline and stage, users can automatically reopen lost deals and return them to the sales process, ensuring renewal and remarketing opportunities are not missed.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to Pipelines.
- Check the box beside the desired deal card.
- Click Lost.
- The Lost Selected Cards panel appears on the right-hand side.
- Enter the required lost deal information.
- Enable Set X-Date and select the preferred date.
- As shown below, a new Open this card automatically option has been added.
- Enter the number of days before the X-Date when the card should reopen.
- Select the preferred Pipeline and Stage from the respective dropdowns.
- From the Board Type dropdown, select the preferred board type.
- Select the required automation options.
- Click Submit.
A success pop “ Selected Cards marked as successful” appears.
Note: The selected automation is automatically triggered the specified number of days before the X-Date, and the deal card is reopened based on the configured settings.
