A new AI Voice Agent option has been added under the Pipeline Module Automation section. This enhancement allows users to trigger automated AI voice calls to clients directly from pipeline stages using configured scripts under the “AI Voice Agent” module. The triggered calls are recorded and displayed in the Pipeline Cards Communication and automation tabs for easy tracking.
Use Case: This feature enables agencies to automate client outreach (such as follow-ups, reminders, or notifications) when a pipeline card reaches a specific pipeline stage.
It helps ensure timely communication, reduces manual calling effort, and allows users to track all AI-triggered calls within the deal record.
To view the Enhancement:
- Navigate to Pipeline.
- Click on the three dots and select Automation from the dropdown.
- You will be redirected to the Automation page.
- Click on Add New Automation Stage.
- You are redirected to the Add Automation page.
- As shown below, a new option, AI Voice Agent, has been added.
- Click on AI Voice Agent.
- You will be redirected to the AI Voice Agent pipeline automation setup page.
- As shown below, from the Script dropdown, select the preferred script.
- Fill in the required mandatory fields.
- Click on Save.
- You are redirected to the Automation page.
- As shown below, an AI Voice Agent is immediately displayed.
- As shown below, in the Add Pipeline Card.
- Fill in the required mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk.
- Click on Save.
Note: Contact Mobile is a mandatory field to trigger the AI Voice call to the client.
- An Automation pop-up appears.
- A success pop-up: “Card Created Successfully appears.”
- As shown below, click on Apply.
- A success pop-up appears based on the automation time, and the automation will be triggered.
- Note: You can also view the AI Voice Agent automation trigger displayed in the Pipeline cards details page.
