You can send an URL along with the document that needs to be signed by the signer. Once he/she will sign the document, he/she will be redirected to the URL.

Navigate to E-signature
Click on Settings
Fill in the URL that you want your signer to be redirected to
Click on Update
Once the signer signs and clicks on ‘I Agree’, he/she will be redirected to the URL that you have sent in the next 5 seconds.
