Applicable exclusively to InsuredMine integrated with Applied EPIC and AMS360.
What is this feature?
Every open card in your Renewal Pipeline is now scored by an AI prediction model. Instead of finding out a renewal is at risk when it’s too late, you’ll see a risk signal directly on the card – with a plain-language explanation and specific next steps, not just a number.
Note: This feature is currently available only for agencies using AMS360 and Applied Epic as their integrated CRM.Â
What you’ll see on the Renewal Pipeline card
Each scored card displays:
Element | Description |
Risk Level badge | Low Risk, Elevated Risk, or High Risk — color-coded for quick scanning |
Renewal Chance % | The model’s estimated probability that the policy renews |
Lost Risk % | The model’s estimated probability the policy is lost |
AI Explanation (expandable) | A plain-language summary of what’s driving the score |
Next Best Actions (checklist) | Specific, recommended actions you can check off as you complete them |
How to use it
- Scan the badge first. Elevated and High Risk cards are the ones that need attention before Low Risk cards.
- Expand the explanation. It tells you why the model scored the card the way it did — tenure, account history, pricing changes, engagement gaps, days to expiry, and similar factors.
- Work the Next Best Actions checklist. These are recommended, not automatic — the AI never takes action on its own. You decide what to do and check items off as you complete them.
- Engage early on Elevated/High Risk cards, ideally well before the expiry date noted in the explanation.
Risk Level thresholds
The Risk Level badge is based on the model’s estimated Renewal Chance %:
Renewal Chance % | Risk Level |
Below 70.63% | Very High Risk |
70.63% – 78.73% | High Risk |
78.73% – 86.86% | Elevated Risk |
Above 86.86% | Low Risk |
Â
Thresholds are set and calibrated by the AI team based on real outcomes, not configured on the frontend — they may be adjusted over time as the model is validated against actual renewal results.
How the score gets calculated and refreshed
- The prediction is generated by the existing AI prediction service — this feature does not train or change the underlying model.
- Predictions refresh automatically:
- On a scheduled cadence of 15 days
- Once a policy is marked Renewed or the Pipeline card is marked Won or Lost, the Prediction will stop and no longer appear on the card.
FAQ
Does this change how my Renewal Pipeline works? No. This adds the risk score, explanation, and recommended actions to the existing card — the pipeline itself is unchanged.
Can I turn the feature off? Not in Phase 1 — it applies to every active Renewal Pipeline card for AMS360 & Epic agencies.
Will the AI ever contact my customer directly? No. The AI provides scoring and recommendations only. All customer outreach is done by agents, using their existing tools and workflows.
Why don’t I see a score on a card? The card is either new and hasn’t been scored yet, or the prediction service was temporarily unavailable and will resolve automatically on the next refresh.
Is this available on mobile? Not in this release — Phase 1 is web application only.
