Now you can know the count and details of the clients for whom you are missing important information like email, phone no., DOB, city, etc. These donut charts display missing information about contacts in your system. Bringing that missing data % to less than 5% will take you to the top 1% of the client list. Having this information helps you tremendously with engagement, especially at renewal time.
You can click on the % inside the circle of the report you want and it will give you the list in the contact section which has the following missing details. For example, if you want a list of all the active clients missing email addresses, click on that first 10%.
