Default signature for work email

Agents can now select a signature for tags and/or set them for work email only. So, whenever there will be an email from their end, the work email signature will be displayed at the bottom of the email and the default signature will be used for automation tags.


Note: One can select and set the same signature as the default signature too. And in case if you select different signatures for default and work email, then in that case the default one will be used all over the portal except work email. And the one that has been selected for work email will be used for any email communication.


To view the enhancement:

  • Move the toggle bar to orange to select the signature for work email.

Default will be used for {{signature}} tag

Work email will be used any time you send an personal email through the platform.
