We have introduced a new enhancement in the Engagement Module under Email Campaigns. Now, when an email campaign is created by an agent, any stages added by the admin in that campaign are also visible to the respective agent.
Use Case: Suppose an agent creates an email campaign to nurture prospects. Later, the admin adds additional stages (e.g., follow-up emails) to the same campaign. With this enhancement, the agent can also view these newly added stages, ensuring better collaboration, consistency, and alignment between admins and agents.
To view the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Engagement
- Click on Analytics

- You will be redirected to the Engagement > Email Campaign.
- As shown below, all campaign created by agent is visible to the Admin.

- Select the preferred agent email campaign in which you want to Add Stages.
- Click on Add stages.

Click on + Add Stages to add new stage.

- Fill in the required details of Added Stage
- Click on Update

A Success Message “ Campaign Updated Successfully” appears.

To view this added Stage in Agent Account:
- Navigate to the Engagement.
- Click on Analytics.

You will be redirected to the Engagement> Email Campaign page.

As shown below, the stage added by the Admin in the email campaign is now visible to the Agent.

Note: In addition to Add Stage, the Edit and Delete functionalities are also reflected on both Admin and Agent sides.
