The process to apply filters while setting workflow automation:
- Navigate to Engagement
- Click on analytics in Automation
- Click on create workflow
- Select the workflow that you want to create and click on get started
- Set the workflow name, mode, trigger conditions.
- Once done, click on the filter icon provided beside select contact type.
