Now you can sync the activities of contact with AMS 360. The sync option can be either manual or automatic.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to settings
Click AMS360 sync fields
By default, the auto will be selected, but agents/admin can change it to manual.
So, if the manual sync option is selected then any activities performed related to notes, SMS, email, task, files, and activity, then the sync option will be available under the action tab (3 dots). To sync the activity agents need to click the sync button.
Note: The sync option will be available if the contact is synced with AMS360.
For example, if you want to sync an email, then once you click on the sync option, you will get the option to select the activity and the select policy. But the activity and policy are optional, it’s not mandatory. These two sync fields that are activity and policy will be available while syncing notes, SMS, email, task, and files.
But for activities the sync fields are different, and the contact name is mandatory.
