The search tab is provided in the Events section under Contact 360, Account 360, and Deal Cards.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Contacts
Click on a contact to have the Contact 360 view
Click on the Notes section and search by the name of the note which should appear. If the searched item is not available, it will display No Notes Found.
If you navigate to Tasks and search by Task Title or Description in the search bar, the searched item (if it exists) will be displayed.
In the Files section, you can search any file or folder by the name in the search bar.
In the Communications section, you can search for any communication by typing the name in the search tab. For email and text, you can search by the subject or content.
In the Activities section, you can search by activity name and description.
The search option for the events is also available in Account 360 for Files, Communications, Tasks, and Notes.
