We have introduced an enhancement that allows users to select and send multiple files via email directly from the Files section within Pipeline Deal Cards, Contact360, and Account360. This enhancement streamlines file sharing by enabling users to attach multiple documents in a single email without needing to send them individually
Use Case: This feature helps users quickly share multiple related documents in one email, reducing manual effort and saving time when communicating with clients, prospects, or team members.
To view enhancement:
Navigate to Pipelines
Select a Deal Card.
Click on Files
Select multiple files.
Click on Send File/s.
An email window will open.
Enter the email address and compose your message
Click Send.
