Add xDate Automation for Inactive Clients
Once all policies under an account expire or cancel, the contact/account status changes to inactive. This automation automatically adds or updates the Dates for each
Xdate added in Contact & Account on the cancellation date.
Description- Â Xdate will be marked for contact or account. The date on which the policy is canceled will be marked as Xdate in Contact 360
