Add Note and Activity in Contacts

To add a note or an activity for a client, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the client record to add a note in the Contacts module.
  2. Select the Add Note or Add Activity option as required.

3. Fill in the required details and click on Save.

4. You can view the added activity or notes by clicking on the Contact name > Notes or Activities
