Update – Contact Custom fields are available as tags
Use case – Easier for Agents to auto-populate custom fields data of the contact
Process:
- Navigate to any Engagement feature, for example – an email campaign.
 - Click on Create under email campaigns.
 

- Now click on the Tags from the right pane to view the list of tags, including the custom fields.
 

- Choose the desired tags to add to the campaign.
 

Note: The custom field tags can be used in the following communications:
- Email Campaign
 - Bulk Text
 - Automation
 - Send Email and Text from Create List
 - Templates
 - Contact 360 – SCD
 - Pipeline – SCD
 - Emails via templates
 - Texts via templates
