Handle incoming calls for the same number of multiple agents

In an agency, at times one Twilio number is used by multiple agents to place a call. So, in case there is an incoming call to the Twilio number, the first ten agents of the agency using the same phone number will get the call. And the call will get connected once any one of the available agents receives the call.
