Twilio Voice Mail

Only for Beta users!

If you get a call on your phone, when you are busy or not available it will send a voicemail saying thanks for calling the concerned person, and your call will be forwarded to the voicemail.

Note: The voice mail is predefined with text along with a Female voice audio saying:
“Thank you for calling {{Agent_name}}.Your call has been forwarded to the voicemail. At the tone, please record your message, “When you’ve finished recording, you may hang up.”

How to access the voicemail?

The logged in user will receive an email notification for the voicemail that has been sent for him. You can click on the play message button to listen to the voicemail directly from the email.

Or, you can also access the voicemail from the call log. If you have missed the call then you can also see that the caller has left a voicemail for you. You can click on the recording to hear the voicemail.

You can also click on the voicemail history to check the voicemail for calls that you have missed.
