Holiday setup to pause all automation to clients

Update – Setup holidays and pause any active engagements, stage automation, and SCDs during this time
Application – Avoid triggering automation when the agent is on holiday.

 

Process:

  • Navigate to Settings and click on Holidays Setup

  • Click on Add Holiday 

  • The options on the screen are:
    • Select the Calendar icon to choose the dates of the holiday
    • Click on Add Date to add multiple holidays
    • Click on Save once done
    • To delete any saved holidays, click on the Delete icon

  • All the saved holidays will be listed under Holidays Setup to view and edit
