Overview
We have introduced an enhancement that allows users to pin and unpin notes in Account360 and Contact360. Pinned notes are displayed at the top of the Notes section for quick access. Users can also minimize, maximize,edit, or unpin pinned notes as needed.
Use Case: This enhancement helps users keep important notes easily accessible by pinning them to the top of the Notes section in Account360 and Contact360. It improves visibility of critical information and allows users to efficiently manage pinned notes whenever required.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to account 360 or contact 360 of any contact.
- Navigate to the Notes section.
- Click to Add Notes.
- An Add Notes panel appears on the right-hand side.
- Check the Box beside the Pin Note.
- Click Save.
- A success pop-up “New Note added Successfully” appears.
- As shown below, Added Note is pinned on the Top.
- clicking on the three dots from the pinned Notes
- You also have the option to Minimize, Unpin, and Edit the Note.
Contact 360
Note: You also have the option to minimize, unpin, or edit a pinned note, just as you can in Account360.
Note: You can also pin existing notes from the Notes tab in Account 360 and Contact360.
