Update – Mentions in the Add Note option will populate the account, and policy information will only be tagged to the selected contact. This change will reflect in Contacts, Accounts, Policies, and Deal cards while adding Notes.
Application – This change will avoid populating information unassociated with the contact, saving the agent’s efforts and eliminating clerical errors.
- Navigate to Contacts and choose the contact to work on
- Click on Notes
- Click on Add Note and mention @agents, #policy, *contacts, or %accounts to view the relevant drop-down list.
- Click Save to add the note to the Notes tab.
Notes based on associated accounts only, such as the policies and contact, will be accessible in the drop-down list.
