Managing future-scheduled workflows from the Contact section will help you to start or stop the automation for any single contact.
Use Case: If you have set a workflow, and there are few email/SMS that needs to be stopped for future scheduled workflow, in that case, you can individually get into the contact360 section of those contacts and can stop the email from the workflow trigger.
- Navigate to Contacts
- Click on a contact to open Contact 360
- Click on Communications
- Click on workflows.
- Scroll down to view the scheduled workflows
- Click on the restart or stop action button to restart or stop the future scheduled workflow.
