Restrict outbound texting within a time range

Description: Schedule texts sent to clients. If the text is sent after the specified time, it will be sent the following day for the time that has been set.

Benefit: Setting time restrictions on client communications increases the likelihood that they will read and respond to the communication.


  • Navigate to the Settings module.

  • Scroll down and choose Outbound Text Time. Select the Add Outbound Time Range

  • Select the time range. Click on Save. A success message will appear.

Note: A text message will be automatically sent the following day if it is sent outside of the specified time window.
