Text templates & folders
Within the InsuredMine Agency Portal’s Engagement Module users have the ability to send manual or automated bulk or single email and text messages.
For a better experience and ease of use, text templates are now specifically housed in their own folder so as not to be confused with email templates. To access Text Templates follow the steps below:
- Click on Engagement on Left Navigation bar
- Select Templates on Engagement page
3. Select Text folder from the next navigation
How to use Text templates?
Open text messaging box via any text messaging options available throughout the portal or can even click on send text option available on the same page and select a template from the dropdown.
