Now a search option is provided for selecting the template that you want to send via email to any client. This feature will help you to form email faster.

To check this enhancement:

• Navigate to the add icon from the top right in the global add or navigate to contact section and click on 3 ellipses (…) under the action tab that is provided beside every contact.

• Click on Send email
• The email formation page will open.
• Click on the drop down provided in Select Template section
•  You will find search template option is provided
• Once you click there, it will open all (template folders) for you, and you can search and choose any template of your choice.

Note: Once you click the search template option by default it searches template from all templates available.
