In the form section under Contact360 you will find all the forms responses that you have received from the client.
You can send any form to a client using the form tag from the form builder section. To use the form tag, navigate to forms and click on the settings icon, and under pipeline settings, you will find the form tag that you can copy and send to your client via email or any other engagement process.
Once your client receives the form tag in the form of a URL, and fill it and submit the details through the form, the form will be visible under the form section in the contact 360 section of the particular contact.
Note: You can send this form via email or through the engagement section with the form tag. This will also work when you will be sending it from intake forms.
