What Are Known Issues Of The InsuredMine Platform?

Insuredmine is a cloud-based service, so there are no hardware or software requirements. However, you’ll need a current browser and a steady internet connection. If you’re having difficulty seeing a change to your forms, clear your cache. If the issue is not resolved, please contact the InsuredMine support team at support@insuredmine.com

 

What Browsers Does InsuredMine Support?

Insuredmine is designed for a 13-inch display. It may be used on a smaller screen, although you’ll have to pinch and zoom more frequently. The most up to date versions of the following browsers are supported:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari

While using Insuredmine, you must keep an active internet connection. Data loss may happen if you have a bad connection. Run a Speed Test on a regular basis to check your Internet Connection’s speed and strength.

 

Cache Clearing

If you’re still seeing a cached version of your Insuredmine forms or pages after making a modification, your browser is probably displaying a cached copy. Clear your browser’s cache to resolve the issue. Here are instructions for several popular browsers.

Best Practices

While in the same browser session, don’t operate InsuredMine in many tabs. Doing so can result in data loss.

InsuredMine will time out after 40 minutes of idle activity and any work done in edit mode will be lost. 

Ensure that you do not use your browser back/forward buttons while filling out the information in Insuredmine. This might result in errors and data loss.

Remove your web browser pop-up blocker.
